At Leads On Demand®, we value our customers and their campaign success. Because our platform provides real-time, digital lead generation services (Real-Leads™) and instant CRM/AI software access, our products are consumed immediately upon delivery. Therefore, our policy is structured around a Data Replacement Guarantee rather than traditional physical goods returns.

1. Return & Replacement Window

We accept replacement requests for defective or invalid digital assets (Real-Leads™) within 14 days from the data delivery date.

  • Our standard validation window lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your data delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a lead replacement or verification exchange.
  • Exceptions: Custom-tailored marketing campaigns, specialized regional geo-targeting setups, or specialized annual contract packages are strictly final and exempt from standard adjustments. Lease and rental leads are provided completely free of charge and do not count against standard replacement thresholds.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Replacement

To access our customer support and replacement portal, please click on the login button located on the top right corner of our platform website.

  • Log into your user dashboard and flag the invalid lead directly within your integrated CRM Pro account.
  • Please submit data replacement requests exclusively through the correct internal dashboard ticket system. Failing to report data errors through the designated channel may result in your replacement request being denied.
  • Please do not file a chargeback or bank dispute before contacting us. By completing your purchase, you explicitly waive your right to dispute charges. Filing an unauthorized chargeback delays the resolution, violates your user checkout agreement, and prevents our support team from assisting you quickly.

3. Conditions for a Valid Exchange (Real-Lead™ Guarantee)

We only replace digital assets if they are verified as defective or invalid. To be eligible for a 1-to-1 lead exchange, the item must meet one of the following criteria:

  • The lead contains completely inaccurate/fake contact details (e.g., a disconnected or invalid phone number).
  • The lead is located outside of your chosen geographical target location or province.

We do not issue replacements for general conversion rates, if a lead changes their mind, or if a lead does not pick up the phone, as long as the line is active. (Per our platform guidelines, participating agents are required to maintain a minimum annual "Contact to Close" conversion rate of 1%).

4. Refund Policy (All Sales Are Final)

Once you submit a lead replacement ticket, our system will automatically audit the digital log for connectivity errors or geographical discrepancies. Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL on digital assets and software access. Because our leads are exclusively delivered live to your dashboard, we do not offer monetary refunds, credit card reversals, or payment processor refunds. All verified invalid data claims will be resolved strictly through our automated data replacement queue.

5. Subscription Fees and Cancellations

  • Month-to-Month Subscriptions: Subscription and platform setup costs are non-refundable. For month-to-month plans, a strict 14 days' written notice is required prior to the next billing cycle (which occurs on the 1st of each month) to halt automated renewals.
  • Annual Commitments: Performance and billing parameters are bound to your signed Commission & Leads Agreement. Early cancellation of an annual plan is subject to termination penalties as outlined in your main contract.
